Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Fastshot, inc (“Fastshot”, “we”) handles information in the Fastshot Learn app for iPhone and iPad.

Without an account

The lessons and the practice app work without an account. Your lesson progress stays on your device.

With a Fastshot account

If you sign in, the app uses your Fastshot account’s email address and ID to show your projects.

When you open one of your projects, the app receives its source code so you can read and edit it; the copy we prepare for this expires from our servers after 24 hours. Your edits stay on your device and are discarded when you leave the project.

Your Fastshot account itself is covered by the Fastshot Privacy Policy.

Server logs

When the app contacts our servers, they log technical details of each request, such as IP address, approximate country, device type and errors, to keep the service secure and working. We delete these logs after a limited time.

Your projects

Your projects may ask for permissions and handle data as their code does.

How we use and share information

We use this information only to provide the app. We don’t use it for advertising or tracking, and we don’t sell it. The app has no analytics.

Service providers host our servers and handle sign-in for us. They process information only on our behalf and must protect it as this policy does.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete account, or on the account deletion page. We complete erasure within seven days and email you when it’s done. We keep only records needed for financial, legal and security purposes. Deleting the app removes your lesson progress.

Children

Fastshot Learn is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child gave us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
